They called it Plague 2.0 and it spread like wildfire.No one knows where it came from, but once it was out there in cyber-space, it went viral. Computers worldwide were infected and then it made the jump to cell phones, tablets, televisions . . . Anything with a screen and internet access. Then it made the impossible leap no one saw coming.

 

A computer virus with the capability to infect the human mind. Before anyone even knew what was happening, most of the world had been infected. Not hard to imagine when all it took was looking at a screen. Something in the sequencing-a series of ones and zeros-attacked the human cortex, allowing the virus to move in and take control of the host. Millions of zombie cyborgs with only one programmed goal: To kill.
